Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Red Lane Studio reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Processing of order
Please note that printed items are produced on order . Please allow for up to 2 weeks for production time. Delivery will be in addition to this. Should your order be urgent, please note this at the time of checkout and email redlanestudio@gmail.com.au We will endeavor to do all we can to work within your required time frame.
Shipping and Returns
Delivery within Australia:
$9.95 flat rate for all Australian domestic orders orders under 5kg. Usual carrier is via Australia Post - standard mail. Delivery takes between 2-5 business days dependent on location. Please visit auspost.com.au to determine shipping timing
International Shipping:
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail. Costs are calculated at the checkout based on current Australia Post rates for the weight and size of the order and its destination. Typically delivery is between 3-10 business days for delivery once at mail center, dependant on your location. Please visit auspost.com.au to determine more closely the delivery timing to your country.
Please note that all import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges and are the Buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what / how much these additional charges are likely to be.

Returns
If, for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping costs. You must notify us within three days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed, unused, undamaged and in original packaging, with any tags intact.
